OFFSET AND CARDI B TRADEMARK THEIR DAUGHTER’S NAME
Offset and Cardi B have filed documents to register their daughter’s name, Kulture Kiari Cephus, for merchandising of shirts, sweaters, jackets, pants, skirts and footwear. The parents also want to ensure that Kulture can use her name for all “musical recordings, motion pictures, entertainment marketing services and promotion for recording and performing artists.” Additionally, Cardi and Offset want to be able to use Kulture’s name for “online video games, dance events by a recording artist and fan clubs.” The filing is under Sallie Smith LLC, which is a company registered to Offset. Cardi is not affiliated with Sallie Smith, but was involved with the decision to trademark Kulture’s name.
