MAROON 5 SELLING THEIR USED GEAR ONLINE; ANNOUNCES INTERNATIONAL ‘RED PILL BLUES’ TOUR DATES, NEW YEAR’S LAS VEGAS SHOWS

Maroon 5 merch, including guitars, microphones, keyboards and more, used by the band on tour and in the studio, is coming up for sale. The band is unloading nearly 200 pieces of music gear online on Reverb.com, including the microphone Adam Levine used during the “It Won’t Be Soon Before Long” tour, plus guitars used by Adam and James Valentine, keyboards used by Jesse Carmichael. and road cases with the band’s name on them. Some of the gear dates back to when Maroon 5 were still going by their original name, Kara’s Flowers. The gear will be available through Techno Empire’s Reverb shop starting August 30th.
Meanwhile, Maroon 5 will kick off the second leg of their “Red Pill Blues” tour on September 7th in Salt Lake City, Utah, but they’ve now announced that they’re extending their tour into 2019, and around the world. The international leg of the tour will get underway February 19th in Brisbane, Australia, and wrap up June 11th in Paris, France. Norwegian singer Sigrid will open select dates. The U.S. leg, with opening act Julia Michaels, will conclude October 15th at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
The band also announced their annual New Year’s shows in Las Vegas. Adam Levine and the guys will perform at Mandalay Events Center on December 30th and 31st. Adam will also return to TV next month in the new season of “The Voice,” along with fellow coaches Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson.
