Bittersweet news, Beliebers: You may not see Justin Bieber at the 2018 Grammy Awards this year, but that just means the pop star is busy in the studio.
TMZ reports that the Canadian artist won’t attend the Grammys — or any other award show, for that matter — until his follow-up to Purpose is complete.
This means Bieber, who also skipped the Grammys last year, reportedly won’t be on hand to perform his 2017 smash hit remix with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, “Despacito,” which is also up for three awards this year: Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
