The Official standard Rules - How Bad you you want to ROTR??
1. There is no purchase necessary and no obligation in order to participate. Grand Prize is 1 pair of two day passes to Rock On the Range May 22nd and 23rd in Columbus, OH. Winner is soley responsible for transportation and accommodations.
2. To qualify/Win , listeners will be informed by on air and online announcements of any particular requirements on contests and prizes. THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO PERSONS AGE 18 AND OVER. One qualification per person. One winner per household. Listeners are to make a video explaining how bad they want to attend Rock On The Range 2010. The video is to be no longer than 60 seconds. Videos may be submitted by dvd at the WCIR Studios 306 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley WV. 25801, or email a video supported link to Lola Rizer at lola@radiocitywv.com. Vulgar or explicit entiries will be disqualified. Qualifying entries will be placed up for vote via the 103cir website. The top online vote recipients will then be judged by a panel of 103cir staff members. The combined total votes will determine the winner. All entries must include all contact and age information. Entries without proper contact information of Name, Address, Phone Number and age verification, will be discarded. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST YOU AKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR VIDEO/IMAGE MAY BE LINKED AND AIRED THOUGH THE 103CIR WEBSITE AND THAT ALL PERSONS APPEARING IN VIDEO AGREED TO BE A PART OF THIS CONTEST.
3. By entering any contest you acknowledge that, as with any endeavor, there is an inherent risk by participating and you agree to hold forever harmless Southern Communications Corp, its owners, directors and employees as well as its associates, representatives and advertisers from any and all liability, of any kind whatsoever, including injury or death that may occur as of a result of your entering this contest. If you are not in agreement with this provision and are not willing to further attest by signature of your acceptance to these terms please do not enter the contest.
4. Employees of Southern Communications Corporation licensee and their affiliated stations, their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Person(s) working in competing media (newspaper, billboard, direct mail, speciality advertising, and/or television) are not eligible to participate.
5. All winners must claim their prize at the studios of this station located at 306 S. Kanawha Street in Beckley, WV within one business week of winning. Should a prize not be claimed within one week of winning, it will automatically become the property of Southern Communications. Under no circumstances will any prize be mailed. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
6. No prize substitution(s) or transfers of winning to another player will be allowed once the prize has been awarded.
7. One winner per household, per station, every 30 days. 8. Southern Communications reserves the right to change and amend these rules and regulations at any time.
